Together, we can figure out what’s really holding you back from accomplishing your goals.  There is a reason for why life is so difficult for you and it may not be due to a lack of willpower or discipline. We can address your obstacles and reduce the anxiety and depression that’s keeping you from living the life you want.

The tools that I’ll provide you with are tools that I have been perfecting over my career helping people just like you.  My goal for you is to have at least five different tools and techniques that you can carry with you at all times.  So no matter where you go, you’ll always have access to discreet exercises that can quickly create relief. I am solution focused and always listen to hear what your struggles are. We’ll work collaboratively to address the obstacles that are bothering you right now. We’ll start with what’s going on in the moment and how to get control over your body and thoughts. We’ll address the thoughts that pop up in your mind when you feel overwhelmed and how to tap into both your mind and your body to find relief.  We’ll discuss what happens when fear, worry, doubt, and uncertainty take over so you can learn how to quickly calm down. You’ll build resilience so that these ambushes don’t overwhelm you in the future.


I have created a safe space for you to talk about your feelings with zero judgment.  You and I will gently investigate the feelings of anxiety and depression so that they don’t consume you. Small steps in familiarizing yourself with your thoughts and feelings will lead you to get used to their presence and not be overwhelmed.  I will never force you to talk about something you don’t want to talk about.  This is a space for you to disclose anything you like and I’ll be able to handle anything that you have to tell me.  There is a way to break free from the grips of your worry and sadness.  I can help you explore the different  roads to take in finding balance.  I can help you explore the roots of your anxiety and depression to figure out where it came from.  Shining light on how your struggles were creased often provides a very powerful healing experience.  If you need to make big changes in your life, I can act as a trusty co-pilot as you sit in the drivers seat, lighting the way and providing the safety net and place to explore your options and their possible outcomes.  If I need to provide you with accountability and opportunities for growth, I’ll do it gently and only when needed for your benefit.


I believe that everyone can change and grow at any time in their lives.  I believe that we have the ability to break through our own internal barriers and jump levels in our personal, home, and work life.
